Friendly and helpful staff Clean and quiet pool/ spa area Clean rooms. Breakfast area is spacious and clean Food choices were plenty and fresh fruit Coffee at lobby was fresh and plentiful.

I stayed at the hotel the last week of February 2026. The room was quiet and clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and attentive. The breakfast was a nice bonus. Hot, fresh, and there was enough variety so that I didn't leave for my meetings hungry. Coffee was so-so. (It could be a smoother blend and not as bitter). My only real complaint, and it's kind of a big one, is that the beds are way too soft, meaning you are swallowed by the mattress and you feel too warm at night. As someone who likes a firm bed, that's a problem. I understand hotel beds tend to be softer than what you might have at home, but I'm only 150 lb and I was sinking into the bed. Down pillows are also too hot. With a firmer mattress, it would have been a great experience.

From the moment that I got here I was attended really well with great service from the front desk. Room was clean and the AC was on so I got to a nice cool room when I opened the door. Was here for the weekend cause of work. Bed was really comfortable and it was quiet which is nice after a long day from driving and working. They had a great breakfast with lots of options. Sat down and had a nice conversation with 4 senior citizens while eating breakfast. Definitely coming back to stay here again.

Both suites I stayed in had great views of the mountains. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The only downside I experienced was the two suites I stayed at were next to the storage room. So I had to hear the door open and shut throughout the day and evenings. Other than that, great hotel and I would definitely stay here again

We stayed five days last week at this location. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The food was delicious. Lillian was a master at getting new rounds of hot entrees out regardless of the number of the guests that were arriving. Jamian worked closely with the large numbers of guests greeting them, quickly cleaning tables, spills and removing the large amounts of trash bags keeping the breakfast room ready for new arrivals. You've got a well oiled team that deserves recognition. We look forward to seeing them next year.

I stayed here with my parents for a solid week in early June and I can say that we couldn't have been more pleased! The staff goes out of their way to be helpful. Just a few quick examples: When we asked to have an extra chair brought to our room, they were friendly about it and quick to make it happen. The location was also conveniently near things we wanted to see, like Garden of the Gods and Seven Falls, as well as the Manitou Cliff Dwellings. But let me just return to the staff, who are courteous, friendly, and professional. Oh, and did I mention that they bake fresh cookies every day? The breakfasts are also excellent, with plenty of hot and cold options. The rooms are not huge, I'll admit that much, but the layout is good and a big portion of the hotel gives you a perfect view of the mountains and Pike's Peak. Not to mention, their pool was clean, well maintained, and an easy to relax in. For our next trip to Colorado Springs we will definitely be staying again at this hotel.

Upon our arrival, there were guests checking in before us, Christian greeted, acknowledged us and let us know he woyld be right with us. The check in process was seamless. Christian was very welcoming and friendly. When we got to our room, the toilet was plugged. I called the front desk, and Christian sent maintenance up while we were at dinner. When we returned, he shared they were unable to fix it and had another room keyed up for us. He went above and beyond in a efficient manner. Every time we saw him throughout the evening, he always had a smile and said hello!!!! Amazing customer service. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was actually hot and they had plenty of towels. I also really appreciated the guest laundry. Best hotel stay we have had in a long time.

We have stayed at this hotel two years in a row. Both stays left us feeling refreshed. The complimentary breakfast is a rotating hot menu, all of which is delicious. On both stays every member of the staff that we encountered was incredibly kind and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit Colorado Springs, the convenience of the location combined with the friendliness of the staff makes this a five star stay for us. Add on the great indoor pool and hot tub and it makes me wish we could give more than five stars! Don’t hesitate to book your next visit to Colorado Springs here!
